Light, foamy, ivory pink head. Garnet red in color. Juicy, deep and luscious fermented berry aromas. Light tartaric mouthfeel with a boisterous, voluptuous deep berry finish. Brewed with Simpson Golden Promise, Crisp Torrified Wheat, Crisp Red Wheat and German Northern Brewer hops and a Belgian yeast strain. Aged for 8 months on French Oak barrels with Brettanomyces Bruxellensis, Brettanomyces Lambricus and Brettanomyces Clausenii and then aged on boysenberry for another 4 months.
