Aigre Carbonisé Framboise

A frothy mocha head on top of a solid black body, juicy and ripe raspberry, roasty and sharp aromas, dry and tart front palate couple with sweet raspberry, followed by a gentle charred and sour finish.  Brewed with Gambrinus Pale malt, imported chocolate, black and biscuit malt, Perle, East Kent Goldings hops and our proprietary Belgian yeast strain, then aged for 9 months on American Oak Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and Brettanomyces claussenii and then aged on raspberries for another 3 months.
