Thin, lacing head. Tropical golden sun in color. Powerful burst of tropical stone fruit aromatics, such as passion fruit, guava and pineapple. A punch of acidity cloaks the palate and leaves a dry finish and a yearning for more. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 18 months on French Oak barrels with a Flanders yeast strain and then for another 3 months with passion fruit.
