Deep ruby in color, layers of bright dark cherry, earthy, barnyard and wheaty aromas. Delicate palate of wheat followed by a tangy, crisp, dark cherry finish. Brewed with Gambrinus Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 13 months on French Oak Chardonnay barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and claussenii, and a Belgian yeast strain, then aged on cherries for another 6 months.
