Cerise Coup 2015
Apricot in color, a musky bouquet of cherries and vanilla, a creamy, fruity, farmyard mouthfeel with a slightly tart and dry finish. Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a German yeast strain. Aged for 9 months on French Oak barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and Lambricus and then aged on tart cherries for another 3 months.
