Grange Doree

Bright yellow gold in color.  Loose and fluffy head.  Gentle combination of ripe banana, rich malt and wild barnyard aromatics.  Extremely light and acidic mouthfeel with a supple candy sweetness on the finish.  Brewed with Weyermann Pilsner, Munich and Wheat, Perle hops and a Belgian yeast strain. Aged for 9 months on French Oak barrels with Brettanomyces bruxellensis and Lambricus.
