Medusa Pale Ale

Consistent, tight-yet frothy head.  An aroma of thick guava, gentle apricot, inviting citrus and a dash of lemon tart.  Precisely light and clean palate of subtle dough, citrus rind, ripe tangerine and slight fresh alfalfa with a quenching finish.   Brewed with Weyermann Bohemian Pilsner malt, Castle Pale malt and Weyermann Munich malt, Medusa hops and our proprietary English yeast strain.  

5.2% ABV.  27 IBU.  13.0 OG
